Microdosing
What is Microdosing?
A microdose is a sub-perceptual (inconspicuous) dose, which many people include in their weekly routines.

Potential benefits
Among the many historical cultures that have used them, magic truffles have a longstanding, profound and legendary reputation as a means of healing and change. The benefits of these powerful little fungi are widely recognized today.
Research is underway in many countries into the vast and multi-faceted uses of psychoactive truffles, and the evidence is strong that they are indeed the driving force behind personal growth.
A recent study published in the Journal of Psychopharmacology found that "a single dose of psilocybin produced a significant and long-lasting decrease in depressed mood and anxiety, along with an increase in quality of life."
Moreover, the mystical and profound experiences that occurred when psilocybin entered the American psychedelic lexicon in the 1960s are now being investigated and explored in mainstream medical science. The results are promising and convincing and suggest that psilocybin could be a powerful healer.
More specifically, clinical trials have been and are being conducted in the United States and abroad with patients dealing with life-threatening cancer. These studies primarily seek to understand the efficacy of high-dose psilocybin experiences administered in therapeutic settings as a means of reducing the psychological stress and anxiety that often accompany a life-threatening diagnosis.
The results so far are promising. Under double-blind, placebo-controlled conditions, a single high dose of psilocybin has been shown to reduce symptoms of psychological distress in people with a terminal diagnosis, and the effects of that experience are substantial and long-lasting.
In addition, there is a growing body of research suggesting that part of the reason psilocybin is so effective is that it affects neuroplasticity, or the brain's ability to learn, grow and, most importantly, change.

Some of these benefits are now being scientifically investigated. MicrodosingXP is a tool, and not a solution to all your problems.
A tip to get the most out of MicrodosingXP is to keep a diary. In this diary you write down your experiences and you can read back later what it has done for you.
Also pay attention to effects that you might experience as less positive, such as there are:
-
You may feel a sense of fatigue because you may be processing more consciously or subconsciously.
-
Some people experience a feeling in their stomach similar to mild nausea. A little ginger can help in this case.
-
The idea that the intake is no longer as effective. This is possibly caused by the occurrence of tolerance in your body when you have taken it every day for a long time.
-
Some people with colour blindness may see slight hallucinations and rays or 'afterimages'. This can also happen half an hour after taking it when you close your eyes.
-
Dealing with changes in your consciousness and sensitivity can be challenging. You may be more irritable or experience a more relaxed feeling.
-
Some people experience a warm feeling inside and may sweat slightly.
It is recommended to stop using MicrodosingXP after 8 to 10 weeks. Taking a break is good for you. Your system will automatically tell you when to resume your development and MicrodosingXP.
How MicrodosingXP works
MicrodosingXP increases neural connectivity by stimulating new connections between different brain regions, which supports overcoming anxiety and depression.
What's interesting is that there is an actual name for these "neurological tracks".
It's called the "Default Mode Network" or DMN, a scientific concept popularized by Michael Pollan's best-selling book, "How To Change Your Mind".
The DNM was discovered by neuroscientists in 2001. It is the brain's way of simplifying reality.
Think of it as a complex filter system that we use to function without being completely overwhelmed by information.
One of the DMN's main jobs is to inhibit other brain areas so we can stay on "autopilot".
It reduces and limits our perspective in the interest of energy efficiency and conservation.
This limited perspective is the cause of our most intractable problems. We live in a rut, doing the same things over and over and having the same thoughts over and over again causing us to have the same feelings. Leaving us with an empty feeling that we are missing something important.
Especially when we start talking about meaning or living a meaningful life or your life purpose. You can only live meaningfully from self-knowledge. It comes from knowing the deepest parts of yourself. But if you don't have access to the deepest parts of yourself because you are constantly operating from your DMN it becomes difficult to really get in touch with a deep sense of meaning.
If you are blocked from large parts of your brain, you cannot know yourself. And if you don't know yourself, you can't connect with your sense of purpose.
It leaves us with an internal void that we unconsciously try to fill. Some fill it through consumption. Others through validation. Some people try to fill it with other people.
Then we become identified with the superficial details of our daily lives - our roles, status symbols and social position. This is a much bigger problem than most of us want to admit.
Indeed, there is an epidemic of stress, burnout, loneliness and emptiness in the professional world.
Many of them reached a crisis point that can only be resolved by a massive shift in perspective. For some, this is done through high dose plant medicine experiences or otherwise. But most of us are not at such a crisis point. Many of us are in a state of comfortable confusion.
We are barely aware that we are not living our experiences, we have a hunch that there is more to life... but who has the time? We have bills to pay, kids to take care of, deadlines to meet.
Breaking down the doors of perception is not necessarily the best solution. That's why a structured microdosing protocol with MicrodosingXP can be such a powerful tool. It gently shifts and opens the habitual patterns of thought and emotion that define the DMN. It permanently opens your mind to new possibilities by opening your brain to greater connectivity, greater awareness. To help you guide yourself to a deeper, more authentic purpose.
Protocols MicrodosingXP
It is recommended that you take the microdose according to a specific schedule that specifies how often and when you take the microdose. This is called a protocol.
So far, six different microdosing protocols are known. We will discuss four of them on this website. The most well known microdosing protocol is the "Fadiman Protocol“.
The founder, James Fadiman clearly pointed out that this protocol is mainly to observe the effects of microdosing in the body. It can help you distinguish between days with a microdose and days without.
There are several reasons why you might want to use a different schedule.
All protocols require a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks rest after completing the 1 to 2 month process. This rest or reset is important to prevent tolerance and therefore to maintain the healing power of psychedelics. We have summarized the different protocols and put them in a row for you.
1. Fadiman Protocol
We believe that James Fadiman's protocol is a good basis for the first microdosing experiment. This protocol is based on a 3-day cycle, for the next 4 to 8 weeks. Try this microdosing regimen for at least a month to find out if it is right for you.
-
Day 1: Dosage Day
-
Day 2: Transition day
-
Day 3: Normal
-
Day 4: Dosage Day, etcetera
After 8 weeks, take 2 to 4 weeks of rest for your system to reset.
2. Fresh Mushrooms protocol
In addition to James Fadiman's protocol based on a 3-day cycle, many people maintain a 2-day cycle. There is no rule of thumb for microdosing. Try this microdosing schedule for at least a month to find out if dir is more suitable for you.
-
Day 1: Dosage Day
-
Day 2: Dosage Day
-
Day 3: Transition day
-
Day 4: Normal
-
Day 5: Dosage Day, etcetera
After 8 weeks, take 2 to 4 weeks of rest for your system to reset.
3. Every days microdosing protocol
We believe the Freshmushroom protocol works best for most people. Why? Because it ensures that the active substances enter your body in the most regular way. Just like taking food supplements like vitamins.
This protocol is based on a 1-day cycle, for the next 4 to 8 weeks. Try this microdosing regimen for at least a month to find out if it is right for you.
-
Day 1: Dosage Day
-
Day 2: Transition day
-
Day 3: Dosage Day
-
Day 4: Transition day, etcetera
After 8 weeks, take 2 to 4 weeks of rest for your system to reset.
4. Intuitive microdosing protocol
Microdosing in an intuitive way, with the only rule being to always leave at least one day between microdoses. People who have followed one of the previously mentioned protocols, usually switch to a more intuitive way of microdosing. Microdosing is used when it suits them.
-
Day 1: Dosage Day
-
Day 2: Transition day
-
Day 3: Normal
-
Day 4: Dosage Day, etcetera
After 8 weeks, take 2 to 4 weeks of rest for your system to reset.
Ingredients MicrodosingXP
MicrodosingXP is the result of a years long breeding process of sclerotia, which is the plural of sclerotium.
A sclerotium is a fungal package. On the outside the sclerotium is sometimes covered with a membranous layer that prevents it from drying out. Under conditions favourable to the fungus, fruiting bodies such as mushrooms can develop from these sclerotiums over a number of years.
The sclerotium is rich in fat and polysaccharides. It is a typical survival organ that can be considered a resting phase of the mycelium. The sclerotium consists of fungal threads (hyphae) that are glued together.
This mycelium is a fungus with a white, stringy structure. When a compact mass of hardened mycelium forms, the species stores food and water to make use of when growing conditions are not optimal.
MicrodosingXP contains fats and polysaccharides, in a low dosage also the substances psilocybin and psilocin, and other nutrients and is coated with a film that prevents dehydration. They are grown for the optimal size that is suitable for micro-dosing.
Taking very small, sub-perceptible amounts of MicrodosingXP over a period of a few days to a few weeks is intended to provide some benefit in everyday life.
Who use MicrodosingXP
MicrodosingXP is used by many different people for many different reasons. If you have to give a definition of a user, you can think of more self-aware people who want to change something in their lives.
This could be wanting to get more out of their lives by increasing the ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for longer. Or being able to think more deeply about complex ideas and looking for more creativity. Like students and highly educated people with top jobs.
We also have many customers who use it to combat their depressive nature and to be happier in life. Some have managed to reduce their dependency on antidepressants with the help of MicrodosingXP.
Also people who got rid of their cluster headache thanks to MicrodosingXP visit us a lot.
